If you are over the age of 60, PRV offers you independent living in a community environment. Your needs are personalized to whatever you want, a 24-hour concierge with our staff are on hand to help organise a range of services for you. The resort is designed to facilitate all-round access. The villas are built with large corridors and extra spacious bathrooms that can be modified if needed for ongoing care.

Assisted Living

With a 24 hour concierge service available to residents, all of your needs and requirements can be handled smoothly and efficiently in one place.  A range of services are available to residents such as cleaning, linen service and assistance with shopping, it is simply a case of using the concierge service to help or recommend any which may be useful to you. The restaurant will ensure that all of your dietary requirements are met for your convenience, with a room service option available or pre-prepared meals that you can take with you if you are going out (additional costs apply).

Our PRV Community has residents like you with similar interests and expectations, new friendships are easy to form safe in the knowledge that your new friends care about you the same way you care about them.  At PRV you can get involved with other residents, interact and have a social lifestyle in a secure and relaxed community environment.  Invite your neighbor to meet for a morning coffee before going for a swim in the pool or have breakfast in the restaurant before taking another group class together.  Because all PRV residents share the common interest of being co-owners of their own property, everyone appreciates the excellent services, amenities and lifestyle.

You can have a vibrant social life at PRV, right at your door if you choose it.  A monthly social calendar includes Aqua Aerobics, Walking Group, Yoga, Bridge, Chef’s Dinners, Cooking Demonstrations, Movies & Painting Classes to name a number.  PRV welcomes friends and families to join you and enjoy dining with you in the restaurant or entertaining them in your spacious apartment.
